This I really need to think about for work, it's the reason our GPs (Doctors in the community)burn out in their 50s, and why there are few Practice Nurses (that's me) because working alone and seeing the same heart sink patients is so so draining, hence I work part time, but some are unable to do that. Are pearls of wisdom on that Rib?

Thank you Rob, so wished I'd heard this a decade ago, would have saved me a couple of breakdowns.....but then I might not have learnt what I have.
