I have been feeling like we are experiencing a shift in consciousness for a while now and while at first, I rejected the idea that the current chaos could help or is part of the shift, this podcast really helped me to see that it is necessary and perhaps even good. I really appreciated the steps that you presented...a “how to” is always helpful for me...the action that needs to follow awareness. Thank you!
